School-Based LVN (1:1) – **Riverside County** Pay: **$32–$34 per hour** Schedule: **Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week** School Year: **2026–2027**

**Position Overview**

A dedicated **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)** is needed for a **1:1 school-based assignment** supporting a student throughout the school day. This position is located in **Riverside County** and will run for the full upcoming school year.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 medical support to an assigned student during all school activities
+ Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and district protocols
+ Monitor and document the student’s health status and respond to changes promptly
+ Support the student in the classroom, during transitions, and on transportation if required
+ Communicate regularly with the School Nurse, teachers, and family
+ Maintain accurate and timely health documentation
