Be responsible for recruiting franchisees in the Japanese market, including channel development, candidate screening, business communication and negotiation.
Assist in formulating and implementing franchise expansion plans for Southeast Asia in line with the group’s overseas development strategy.
Maintain prospective franchisee resources, and drive the whole process from initial intention to formal contract signing.
Support signed franchisees with site selection assessment, store opening procedures and preparation coordination.
Act as liaison between headquarters and franchisees, coordinate internal resources covering operation, supply chain and training.
Track store opening progress and help resolve practical issues in the initial operation stage.
