**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Industry related certifications (BIFM, IFMA).
+ 15 years of experience in combined facility management and service with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or similar office management within an organization.
+ Experience working across the built environment/ property/hotel sector.
+ Experience in project management managing budgets and end-to-end delivery of programs.

**Preferred qualifications:**
