Workforce Manager Service Consultant
ADP is hiring a Workforce Manager Service Consultant. In this role you will serve a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring optimal use of the Workforce Manager product and providing technical and analytical support for client day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
- You will partner with clients to truly understand their product challenges and related needs, solve those challenges, and build long‑term trust.
- Take ownership of client configuration and work with other teams to deliver best‑in‑class service.
- Become the most credible resource, focusing on analyzing the client’s existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- Act as a team player, asking questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service.
