Responsibilities

On a typical day you will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of Workday reports and dashboards globally, enhancing the overall colleague experience.

• Participate in defining the Workday reporting strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Ensure that reports meet customer requirements and specifications while following best practices and industry standards.
• Partner with HR Technology, COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations, and other key stakeholders to identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, and execute reports as needed.
• Lead the technical lifecycle of data presentation, from data sourcing to transforming into user‑facing metrics or information.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are clearly understood and outputs align with business expectations.
