Job Description:
Knowledge Base: > 5+ years’ experience. Configuration experience working (some or most) on functional areas like: Core HCM, Compensation, Time tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Security administration etc. Work with recruitment/talent management to configure and update workflows, rules, validation, notifications etc., Work experience integrating Workday with other ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, Integration templates, connectors etc., Analyze complex integrations and predict the release impacts in advance and plan for regression testing as needed Be an active part of workday community to find industry trending solutions for problem statements and come up with recommendations for betterment of the Workday implementation Ability to manage and maintain data in compliance with regulatory needs of the organization and geographic location Support end user education and Issue res...
