Technical & Professional Qualifications

Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification. Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies. Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load). Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including: Data requirements definition Data extraction and transformation Data loading and reconciliation Cutover and move to production Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders to resolve data quality and conversion issues. Demonstrated experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source systems into target enterprise platforms.
