Our client is seeking a Windows Support Engineer to support and maintain critical Windows server environments across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role involves Level 2 technical support, server administration, automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, performance monitoring, and system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server, SCCM, Group Policy, PowerShell or similar scripting tools, and a passion for delivering reliable, high-quality infrastructure services in a complex enterprise environment.
