Windows and Doors Sales Specialist – Lethbridge

Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative for Lethbridge and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position with performance-based earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.
• Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).
• Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.
• Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.
• Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Make follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.
• Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
