Floater that will work all 3 shifts as needed.

+ Continuously monitor dryer, finisher evaporator, and WPC performance and make necessary changes to operating parameters.
+ Notify control room lead person/management of any irregularities in the performance of equipment.
+ Monitor and verify that proper changes and connections have been made for production and CIP modes of operation.
+ Perform computer tasks as needed.
+ Insure correct reporting of ingredients to the inventory management system.
+ Maintain all production records in an orderly fashion.
+ Perform hourly quality checks.
+ Assist in other production areas as required.
+ Assist in loading outgoing and unloading incoming trucks of whey concentrate as required.
