Position Summary

The Workforce Management (WFM) Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team of HRIS Analysts who perform solution design, application configuration, integration support, application testing and system administration of Bridgestone’s Latin America Time and Attendance application (Ultimate Kronos Group’s (UKG) WFM Professional product). The WFM Supervisor will lead the efforts to provide guidance on using application features and functions for teammates and managers; while ensuring the HRIS team follows agile best practices, prioritizes requests based on business priorities, and manages stakeholder expectations by having strong business relationships with key stakeholders from Payroll, Industrial Engineering, HR, and Labor Relations. This position will foster a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable solutions to support evolving business requirements.
