DTC Brand Portfolio. Hiring fast, and we need someone who can keep up.
We're looking for an inhouse recruiter who already knows where the best DTC marketing and operations talent hides, and how to find and hire them.
You'll own:
→ Sourcing top-tier talent across Marketing & Operations roles
→ Writing and posting job ads that actually attract A-players
→ Building scalable hiring structures, JDs, intake forms, scorecards, interview loops
→ Screening candidates on calls and spotting character traits that predict performance
→ Designing fast-hiring AND fast-firing systems
→ Partnering with our Assistant on smooth onboarding & offboarding flows
You're the right person if:
You've recruited recently and directly for DTC / direct-response brands, and you can name them (we'll look them up)
You've worked with recognizable brands in the space, not just adjacent e-commerce or retail ...
