The Onsite Wellbeing Coordinator serves as the primary driver of day-to-day success for our customers, acting as a dedicated advocate in maximizing the impact of our global wellbeing program.
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing global wellbeing initiatives, ensuring employees have access to impactful programs, resources, and support.
You will work closely with internal Thrive Global stakeholders, onsite **Health & Wellness Coaches**, and external partners to implement strategic and impactful wellbeing initiatives and drive employee engagement.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days per week in an customer's office, with a strong focus on coordinating global wellbeing efforts across multiple locations.
