About the role:

As a Welding Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting welding operations, including equipment and personnel, at the Monfalcone site. You will ensure that welded products meet the required quality standards while complying with production schedules. The role involves direct supervision of welding activities, evaluation of materials and processes, and continuous improvement of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
