A growing fabrication shop is currently hiring an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead our day shift. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in welding and fitting, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings .

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day shift operations, including schedule and labour efficiency
• Supervise and support a team of welders, fitters, and general labour staff
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure work is completed accurately and to spec
• Address employee issues including attendance, performance, and training
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines; escalate issues as needed ...
