Job Overview


+ Responsible for training welders to meet API1104 standards.

+ Responsible for training welders in the safe and efficient operation of the Welding equipment, how to properly adjust the welding machines to achieve the desired weld profiles to ensure quality parts are produced safely and in a timely manner.



A Day In The Life


+ Trainer will be required to set up, adjust machines, and equipment to produce an acceptable quality product.

+ Will receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job. Will review blueprints with the welders prior to job startup and ensure parts are produced to meet specifications.

+ Perform any required quality tests, and hold all required welding certifications applicable to the department,
