Become a Weekend Wound and Ostomy Nurse, specializing in evidence-based assessments and care management. You will work collaboratively to support individuals facing wound and continence challenges, enhancing their quality of care.
In this essential role, you will conduct detailed assessments and guide the interprofessional team towards forming effective care plans. You will also play a significant part in training and mentoring, thus improving overall healthcare practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for clients with wounds and ostomies

Requirements:
• RN with completed NSWOCC WOC-EP program
• Valid Ontario Nursing Certificate of Competence
• Preferred CNA WOCC(C) certification
