Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager the incumbent is responsible for operating a backhoe to assist with snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks.
The pay range for this position is $29–$31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Operate backhoe equipment safely and efficiently for snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks.Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.Clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and any drainage components in accordance project specifications.Collaborate with team supervisor and other team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Assist with de-icing and salting operations as nee...
