What You'll Do
- Provide end-to-end technical support for Okta, including initial troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support Identity Access Management systems, including LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS-Fed protocols.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks.
- Write code/scripts to build user scenarios leveraging Okta APIs and SDKs to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Collect information and document bugs for Engineering teams related to API and product issues.
