QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years agency experience or customer service (including telephonic) experience required
Possess knowledge of Google Suite, HTML coding, JavaScript, and CSS, along with troubleshooting skills for website access, web applications, web browsers, and the internet
Working knowledge of PCs, internet, mainstream web browsers, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HTML coding, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong knowledge of various Windows‐based operating systems and Mac
Associate degree or higher preferred

Monday through Friday 9AM–6PM
