As the Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ) Team Lead , you are both a passionate ambassador of the CHANEL brand and a hands-on leader for the boutique’s W&FJ business. In this dual role, you will coach, mentor, and develop W&FJ Sales Specialists while also driving your own sales performance. You are accountable for cultivating a high-performing, client-focused sales team, setting the standard for excellence in selling, service, and team collaboration. The Team Lead acts as the bridge between Sales Specialists and Management, ensuring operational excellence and upholding CHANEL’s values at every touchpoint.
