Position Warranty Associate – Full‑Time – OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody – Service Department

Summary The Warranty Associate is responsible for taking each work order and processing warranty claims. They will ensure they accurately process all manufacturer’s warranty claims, meet performance objectives, and process customer invoice payments in a friendly and timely manner.

Role & Responsibilities

Work to improve dealership CSI and general customer satisfaction in accordance with OpenRoad’s philosophies, policies and procedures.

Invoice payments and process daily warranty claims.

Ensure correct labour and parts information is claimed.

Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily.

Enter Warranty Credit Statement.

Process and post Warranty Aging Report.

Maintain an effective warranty claim filing system.

Follow proper paper flow procedure for the Service Department.
