Tasks
Train new employees on the use of order picking equipment, mobile equipment, and warehouse work methods. Conduct follow-ups with employees in training and make necessary adjustments to support their integration and progression. Act as a reference on the warehouse floor by answering questions and supporting employees in their day-to-day development. Play an active role in occupational health and safety prevention by promoting best practices. Work closely with supervisors and other trainers to maintain a high standard of training quality. Participate in the implementation of new training initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing programs. Support employees in learning proper work procedures and meeting operational expectations. Perform any other related duties as required.
