Short Summary

The Bartender shares the responsibility to serve guests with the Event Counter Servers at the VUE Bistros prepares alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for guests of the VUE Bistros and events. The VUE Bistros Bars are host bars and Bartenders will fill drink orders placed by Event and Counter Servers for guests, or to guests directly. Adhere to standard drink recipes and accommodate special requests made by the guests. Will ensure the bar area is clean, properly stocked, organized and ready for service.

  • Make and serve hot beverages adhering to supplier specifications

  • Maintain CO2 tanks in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
