Responsibilities
Lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.Align project objectives with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, documentation, implementation, and post-deployment support.Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Provide clear, timely, and accurate updates to senior management and stakeholders.Oversee vendor relationships to ensure accountability, quality deliverables, and effective contract negotiation.Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and strong leadership across delivery teams.
