A fast‑growing B2B SaaS company is expanding its footprint in North America and is seeking a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves VP of Sales to build and lead its U.S. outbound and field sales organization. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing a high‑performing revenue engine, driving net‑new ARR, and scaling a sales team to double in size within 12 months. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will own pipeline building, team hiring and mentoring, outbound strategy execution, and the creation of repeatable sales processes across the U.S.
