Vice President of Preconstruction


A highly reputable Residential High Rise Developer in Toronto is looking for a leader to direct the Preconstruction within their self performing Construction division and to oversee projects from PRE-CONSTRUCTION to implementation. If you have experience in preconstruction project management leadership, Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Cost consulting of complex projects and have a passion to develop and mentor a robust team, then read on;



Reporting to the President, the is an active self-starter who expresses a sense of urgency and pride in their work. This role is responsible for managing all phases of both the planning and execution of preconstruction services.
