Role Overview

The Visitor Services Supervisor (VSS) delivers high‑quality and consistent visitor services within Alberta’s provincial parks. The position coordinates campground registration, booth operations and retail services while providing timely and accurate information to visitors. It provides leadership to seasonal staff, maintains customer service standards, ensures safety and operational excellence, and supports implementation of operational plans.
