Become the key facilitator for VIP guests at the Tulip Festival as the Experience Manager. Oversee group visits, ensure exceptional service, and manage logistics throughout the peak season.
The VIP Experience Manager takes charge of guest satisfaction, particularly for groups and field trips, from late April to May. You will supervise a team, coordinate bus arrivals, and serve as the primary contact for group leaders and teachers. This leadership role requires excellence in communication and a knack for managing schedules.
