Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Act as a key support function to MARK Sales teams by coordinating client onboarding and KYC‑related activities in close collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations.
- Ensure efficient execution of KYC and client due diligence processes, from data collection to follow‑up, while maintaining appropriate governance and control standards.
- Contribute to the monitoring and review of the existing client population, including participation in periodic review or remediation exercises.
- Provide analytical support on onboarding and KYC processes, identifying process gaps, data quality issues or operational inefficiencies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of controlled processes by documenting workflows, identifying risks and participating in remediation actions when needed.
