Reporting to our Executive Committee (SVP Global Commercial), the VP Sales Commercial Latin America will drive commercial performance, operationalize PBU strategy, develop market and customer plans, and build a high-performing sales organization across the region. Principal markets include, but are not limited to, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting business objectives (SOM, volume, price, mix, Gross Profit, SAG, EBIT) with focus on delivering sales targets
- Delivery of financial results while also being focused on long-term strategy driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Operationalizing PBU strategy/plans
- Developing specific customer/market action plans and cascading the targets and objectives to the sales organization (SOM, volume, price, mix, SAG)
