About The Position:

• Let’s Get Ready is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and execution-focused Vice President of Development to lead and evolve the organization’s fundraising function.


• This senior leader will be responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive development strategy that fuels LGR’s continued growth, strengthens existing funding streams, and builds a diversified, sustainable revenue pipeline.   Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees all aspects of fundraising, including strategy development, donor cultivation, impact storytelling, campaign execution, and team leadership.
