Overview
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for managing the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page throughout the year, especially indesigning Instagram posts and content to promote the Yearbook andassociated events.
Time Commitment
4-6 hr/week, 5-7 during peak periods

June 2026 - May 2027
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page
- Plan and design promotional graphics and creative content for posts andstories
- Attend weekly or bi-weekly portfolio meetings for process tracking
- Collaborate and communicate with fellow team members and VP DigitalDesign Lead for creative input
- Collaborate with VP Externals for potential collaborations and studentengagement ideas
- Report to VP Digital Designs and Yearbook & Prospectus Co-Chairs onthe progress of projects
