Westland Insurance Group Ltd. seeks a bold, business‑minded technology leader to shape how we deliver value to clients, empower advisors, and scale for the future. This role owns end‑to‑end delivery of core business solutions across a growing national organization and drives evolution toward a modern, product‑centric, AI‑enabled delivery model.

Compensation

Expected hiring range: $200,000 to $230,000 based on a 35‑hour work week, depending on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.
