In this role, you will oversee compliance efforts for Nammo’s two Ammunition Business Units (Small
- and Medium-Caliber Ammunition (SMCA) and Large-Caliber Systems (LCS)), ensuring adherence to national and international regulations. You will be responsible for driving compliance change processes and enhancing system and compliance competencies within the two Business Units. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice Presidents of the two BU’s and working closely with the Corporate Legal and Compliance Departments, you will operate at the intersection of governance, risk management, and business operations.
