Job purpose

The Vice President, Commercial Operations HGM(APAC + Japan) Region will be responsible for leading a direct and indirect team of approximately 750 sales, service, application, customer support and marketing associates. The total current annual revenue responsibility for this position is approximately USD500M and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This critical leader will have responsibility for driving profitable revenue growth and building amazing companies with exceptional culture and engagement. She or he will have the autonomy to drive goals and objectives, measuring and monitoring performance and critically contributing to a holistic strategic and business planning process.
