Elevate client care at LOFT as the Vice President of Client Care and Experience. This senior role focuses on operational leadership, collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes in health and social services.
Reporting to the Chief Client Care Officer, you will lead client care operations across supportive housing and specialized services. With a minimum of 10 years in leadership, including 5 years at a senior level, you will implement the client care strategy, enhance service quality, and ensure readiness across various sectors. You will oversee both innovation in service delivery and regulatory compliance while mentoring senior staff to build a strong leadership culture.
