Role Overview

As the Vice‑President, Central Canada Operations, you’ll oversee, manage and expand engineering operations across a fast‑growing Canadian region, focusing on Ontario. You’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ensure the seamless integration of engineering practices, optimise operational efficiency and lead strategic initiatives to support the firm's growth and development objectives.

You’ll be accountable for defining and executing the business development strategy, strengthening market presence and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through successful project delivery.
