Description RSI is seeking a hands‑on, business‑minded AI leader to create and execute RSI’s enterprise AI strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will identify and deliver AI‑driven efficiencies across software development, delivery/implementation, and business operations, while establishing pragmatic governance and standards that align with public‑sector expectations (security, auditability, and data handling).

This leader will be accountable for:

Defining RSI’s AI vision and roadmap

Establishing responsible AI usage guidelines and guardrails

Deploying AI tools and workflow redesign that measurably improves throughput, quality, and cost

Leading cross‑functional change management to drive real adoption—from executives to individual developers and delivery teams
