**Veterinary Technician Team Coordinator**

**Location: Vancouver, British Columbia**

**Department: Emergency**

**Compensation: $25.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.**

**Reports to: Assistant General Manager and General Manager**

The role of ER RVT Team Coordinator will support, lead, and direct team members professionally and kindly while recognizing the responsibilities involved in responding to client and co-worker questions. The ER RVT Team Coordinator will also work closely with the hospital’s Leadership team to promote a positive hospital image and continuously work towards betterment of the whole hospital.

**Leadership duties:**

+ Direct involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new RVTs/VTAs in ER dept. Provides clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.
