Job Description

Joining the AVL team in México, you will be responsible to carry out vehicle powertrain calibration activities in engine test bed and vehicle test benches.

• To solve any ECU (Engine Control Unit) related issues during engine test bed testing of internal combustion engines and hybrid powertrains.
• To adapt calibration data to fulfil emissions limits, drivability concerns, fuel consumption targets, performance targets, etc.
• To steer development and implementation of improvement measures to avoid ECU (Engine Control Unit) related issues and more generally to improve KPIs for engine or hybrid system operation.
