HireArt is helping our client find a Vehicle Operations Specialist to play a key role in advancing AI-centric autonomous technology, acting as the link between their cutting‑edge AI and the unpredictability of the open road. In this role, you’ll operate vehicles with proprietary technology, execute specific test scenarios, and monitor vehicle systems to ensure safe and effective testing. You’ll also perform vehicle inspections, document system performance, provide feedback to engineering teams, and help troubleshoot issues identified during your shift.

The ideal candidate has a strong driving record and is comfortable working with technology in a safety‑critical environment. You bring strong situational awareness, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate detailed observations through clear verbal and written reporting.
