Conduct fundamental research on healthcare and life sciences trends to form differentiated views. Identify, assess, prosecute and structure investments across multiple healthcare subsectors and company stages (venture, growth, mature), including private and public equity. Support science/tech, business, financial, legal, negotiation and other due diligence workstreams. Prepare financial models, investment memos and decks, as well as recommend deals to the firm’s investment committee. Monitor portfolio companies to identify value creation, investment, and divestment opportunities. Develop relationships with the company’s investment partners, management teams, key opinion leaders, and other relevant institutions for origination and prosecution of new and existing investments.
