Responsibilities

• Serving as key point of contact of the appointed investment vehicle
• Supporting / leading deal teams to source, analyze and negotiate investments
• Supporting / leading due diligence workstreams on prospective investments
• Evaluating and sponsoring investment theses and recommendations
• Reviewing and signing-off on business plans, deal structures and deal returns
• Supporting / leading legal transaction documentation and negotiations
• Supporting / leading portfolio companies throughout investment period (including the planning, execution and monitoring of value creation initiatives)
• Sourcing investment opportunities from own network, investment partners, advisors and other industry contacts
• Serving as key point of contact for portfolio companies and limited partners for the appointed investment fund
