Become the driving force behind Vancity's leadership forums. This role is pivotal in aligning leaders with strategy, culture, and impact through exceptional planning and execution.
As a permanent, full-time specialist, you will be instrumental in orchestrating leadership forums, working closely with senior executives and project partners. Your experience in event planning will enable you to create inspiring experiences that facilitate strategic discussions and strengthen our organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning of annual leadership forum events
• Coordinate logistics and content from start to finish
• Support quarterly offsite meetings for executives
• Manage budgets, timelines, and participant lists
• Serve as the onsite coordinator during events
Requirements:
• Degree in business, organizational development, or related area
• 5+ years in event planning or project management
