About the Opportunity

Dayforce is seeking a self‑starting, highly motivated UX Researcher to design and conduct research that informs the development of products and experiences used by millions of workers everyday. This role supports the creation of HR and workforce management tools that reflect the quality and usability of modern consumer software, grounded in user‑centered and human‑centered design practices. The UX Researcher will contribute across the full design lifecycle—from early discovery and insight generation to usability testing—helping teams define problems, generate ideas, and deliver impactful solutions. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Engineering, along with the ability to clearly communicate research insights and recommendations.
