Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands‐on UX Designer to drive the user experience across our e-commerce and retail platforms.
This role will be pivotal in shaping how customers interact with our digital products – from browsing and buying to managing prescriptions and engaging with pet health content.

Key Responsibilities
Interaction Design: Improve user flows following retail best practices for user‐facing digital products based on user profiles and scenarios.
Customer‐Centric Design fundamentals: Interpret user research findings to design items and strategies to improve overall experience.
Participate in usability testing, A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, marketers and customer service teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
