Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the Group’s US income tax provision for financial reporting purposes
• Compile and review the calculation of the effective US income tax rate
• Compute and coordinate the remittance of estimated income tax payments and final tax payments at the US federal, state and local levels
• Coordinate and track relevant data for preparation of US income tax returns
• Develop quarterly transfer pricing adjustment recommendations to management
• Assist accountants with management of indirect tax processes on an as needed basis
• Manage correspondence and interactions with tax authorities, reconciliation of income tax accounts and the reports to management
• Co‑lead the income tax audit process with tax analysis, information gathering, preparing responses to information requests, status documentation and communication with relevant tax authorities
