The opportunity

As a US Growth Markets Talent Enablement Specialist, Supervising Associate, you’ll manage a portfolio of Hub‑related Talent projects and programs. You’ll serve as a key member of the Business Talent enablement team reporting to the Growth Markets Talent Operations Leader, supporting or managing strategic programs unique to Growth Markets Talent while driving applicable COE priorities consistently across U.S. locations.

You’ll consult and collaborate with Hub Talent Enablement Leaders, Business Talent enablement team members, and COE program leaders to provide consistent, complementary, non‑duplicative culture, connectivity, and crisis management solutions across U.S. Geo Hubs.
