• Manage a portfolio of insureds and brokers, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial, operational, and underwriting matters, while ensuring a high level of service and relationship management.
• Perform risk assessment and underwriting activities within delegated authority, contributing to portfolio profitability, growth, and quality.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, retention initiatives, and account expansion strategies in partnership with brokers, clients, and distribution teams.
• Participate in the implementation of underwriting and commercial strategies, providing recommendations based on market analysis, portfolio performance, and risk appetite.
